Once you become a Registered User, you are no longer anonymous to Prudealz.com and it is deemed that you authorize Prudealz.com the right to publish the desired and requisite business and personal details throughout its market places, including but not limited to business directory, listings, trade leads, catalogs etc.
- Terms of Use
* The User agrees not to edit / modify an image text in such a way that the result product / image is false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, libelous, unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, tortuous, vulgar, pornographic, indecent, invasive of another's privacy, hateful or objectionable on the ground of racial, ethnic, castism or regionalism. The User specifically agrees and acknowledges that Prudealz.com shall not be liable for any modification / edition of the images and text.
* Prudealz.com reserves the right to reject, change or reschedule any ad notwithstanding earlier acceptance by us or even if the ad has been paid for. All conditions stipulated by Prudealz.com will govern the acceptance and posting of any ad.
* Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Member ID and Password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Member ID and Password. You agree to immediately notify Prudealz.com of any unauthorized use of your Member ID or Password or any other breach of its security, and ensure that you properly exit the website at the end of each session. Prudealz.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement. Prudealz.com does not have the duty for your damages causing by force majeure, such as attacks, any interrupts, or malfunction.
* Prudealz.com will send or serve any notice or document to your email address (and you agree that when you modify the original email address submitted during the registration process and it is accepted by Prudealz.com, the new email address will prevail). If the notice or document arrives at your email system (or the circumstances justify the assumption that the service has been made), the service shall be deemed completed.
* Prudealz.com is entitled to send all kinds of business information relating Prudealz.com’s services by the contact you have provided( Including e-mail, mobile phone messages, etc. ). You must send a written notice to us if you refuse to continue to receive the business information.
- Information collection
* Only registered members can provide, post, send, publish or submit (also referred to as "provide") information (such as files, photographs, videos or other images about person and/or entity, products, services, offers, etc.) on Prudealz.com.
* Prudealz.com reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to filter, modify, select and/or delete any or all information it deems inappropriate. Every member is solely & legally responsible for (and that Prudealz.com has no responsibility to user or to any third party for) the accuracy, completeness, integrity, timeliness, correctness and non-infringement of the information that you create, display, transmit or provide while using the Service and for the consequences of your actions (including any loss or damage which Prudealz.com may suffer) by doing so.
*Each Member acknowledges and warrants that information provided to Prudealz.com shall not (a) be obscene, contain, infer any pornography, sex-related merchandising, any other content, otherwise promotes explicit sexual materials or is otherwise harmful to people, (b) be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, (c) promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, (d) infringe or otherwise abet, encourage the infringement ,be in violation of any third party's copyright, patent, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or any other Third Party Rights, and (e) be restricted or prohibited by law.
* Though Prudealz.com makes great effort to confirm the information provided, Prudealz.com does not guarantee & is not legally responsible for the accuracy, integrity, quality & non-infringement of such information.
* Registered member may use Prudealz.com to add, amend and/or update a Business Listing or a Review, solely on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
* All Content must:

* If any of the information in the Business Listing for Your business changes, becomes out of date, or no longer complies with this Agreement, member must:
* Each Member hereby agrees that the information posted by them on the Site will result in business enquiries through phone calls, emails, SMS etc. from various buyers and sellers that may or may not be suitable to their business interests. Prudealz.com does not exercise any control over its Users for sending business enquiries to the Registered members and will not be involved in any scrutiny of the same.
- Liability Disclaimer
* Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Site is done at each User's sole discretion and risk and each User is solely responsible for any damage to its computer system or loss of data that may result from the Prudealz.comor through or from the Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

Under no circumstances shall Prudealz.com be held liable for an delay or failure or disruption of the content or services delivered through the Site resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, Acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties. The services available to you on Prudealz.com may contain errors and our service is subject to periods of interruption. While Prudeal Web Technology does its best to maintain the services available on Prudealz.com, Prudeal Web Technology cannot be held responsible for any errors, defects, lost profits, or other consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
* The User is warned against disclosure of any personal / confidential / sensitive information to any previous or current employee of the company. The User would do so solely at his / her own risk and Site / Company shall not be liable for the outcome of any such transaction of information including and not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, business interruption, loss of information or repute.
* That there are certain free and paid features which may not be incorporated in the mobile application version though they are a part of the original website since the mobile apps are designed to be compact and light to ensure a smooth experience. Each User hereby represents, warrants and agrees that the same shall be acceptable as a matter of fact and no requests to incorporate any such feature in the mobile app version would be initiated by the Users.
* Prudealz.com is not accountable for any error of omission and editing of information/ document/ materials
* Prudealz.com is not responsible for any damage to your computer system or data loss while downloading any information from this site. User would be solely accountable any and every kind of data loss/ technical problem.
* Under no circumstances prudealz.com is liable for any damage caused in your business transaction. It is the user´s sole responsibility to check out the truthfulness and authenticity regarding further business. Prudealz.com uses several techniques to verify the accuracy of the information our users provide us when they register on the Site. We encourage you to use the various tools available on the Site, as well as common sense, to evaluate with whom you are dealing.
* If you are dissatisfied with Prudeals.com, or any portion, your exclusive remedy shall be to cease using the website.
Payment and Refund Issue
* The term of a Value Package is One Year ("Term"). The Term commences from the time billing for your Value Package is activated in our billing system.
* You must pay the full amount of our charges for the advertising services we provide to you , regardless of whether your business has been sold or closed.
* All payments need to be made on 100% advance basis to continue to use uninterrupted Paid Services.
* Once subscribed, the payment made by the Member for Paid service is not refundable and no claim for refund would be entertained.
* Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it is sent for processing immediately. Your personal preferences changed in the course of time, cannot serve a reason for refund or charge back.
* We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name (i.e. any other individual or organization name) or via personal Western Union or personal Paypal Accounts for any services rendered by Prudealz.com. You are informed that under no circumstances will Prudealz.com be liable for any damage caused in your business transaction to such fraudulent individuals or organizations. To protect your business interests, please contact us immediately if any such fraudulent individual or organization tries to mislead you.
In addition, this Agreement may be changed or updated by Prudeal Web Technology from time to time without any prior notice to all Paid, Free and Subscribed Members. Changed terms and conditions will become valid upon being posted on Prudealz.com. Your continuous use of our Service signifies your acceptance of the changed Agreement.
